Wesley Wong is a multi-disciplinary professional with a diverse skill set. He services a variety of clients requiring legal, consulting, real estate, and/or film production services. Whether clients require a single service or a combination of services, Wesley is happy to utilize his broad experience to achieve results. He believes in the value of relationships and long-term partnerships with his clients. 

 

Wesley is a litigator who has prosecuted and defended a variety of civil cases in both state and federal courts. He has broad experience dealing with large and small cases (e.g., from dealing with complex securities and construction defect cases to dealing with smaller tort and contract cases). Wesley is admitted to practice law in California, the Northern District of California, and the Eastern District of California. He has appeared as counsel of record in federal District Courts across the United States.

 

In addition to litigating cases, Wesley provides independent business and legal consulting services. He has consulted clients in the cannabis, restaurant, retail, real estate, and entertainment industry. Wesley has experience counseling clients on a wide range of legal transactions and has assisted clients with fundraising, strategy, business development, risk management, litigation counseling, business negotiations, investing, commercial leases, and asset purchases/sales.

Wesley is also a California real estate broker focused on investing in the California residential real estate market. Wesley worked in the banking industry before practicing law and becoming a real estate broker, which gives him insight on corporate and financial matters including the lending process.

On the creative side, Wesley is an active film producer. He enjoys utilizing his background in law and business to bring creative and commercial visions to life through effective project management, marketing strategies, legal counseling, and sustainable financing and fundraising strategies. Wesley earned a finance degree, cum laude, from San Francisco State University and earned his law degree with a concentration in business law from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
